    • A network operations center or NOC is a place which allows you to exercise control over a computer, television broadcast, or telecommunications network.     • Our team is experienced in all widely used tools such as Kaseya, N-able, Level Platform, LogMeIn, etc. We also have the ability to quickly gather knowledge on customized tools used for monitoring.
  • How much time it takes to setup the services?
    • The setup would take anything between 4 hours to 24 hours, there are few steps to be followed:
    • The invoice is raised in your name for the first month’s billing, the process starts as soon as the invoice is paid
    • If you have already filled the discovery document(else Discovery document would be sent over), we start the deployment of best practices across the infrastructure to be managed /monitored.
    • If you have your own tool(IT Infrastructure mgmt tool) we use the same tool and start the process after getting proper credentials.
    • The entire process can be completed within 24 hours.
  • What information needs to be given to know how much I can save or to get the proposal?
    • You need to fill the Cost Saving analysis form and send it across, we will study the current infrastructure along with your current requirements to come up with the comprehensive ROI analysis.
  • Is my information safe with you?
    • We are an ISO 9001 & ISO 27001(which is essentially about the information security) certified company; we follow the practices based on ITIL V3. We have multiple layers of security measures including Physical security, Logical security  to ensure the information security and data integrity.
  • What if I don’t want to let my customers know that support is been outsourced?
    • MSPSquare offers private label NOC services to its customers, which allows you to provide support to your client under your own brand. The Team would be dedicated to you and would act as seamless extension of your onsite team.
  • Do you provide phone support?
    • Yes we do provide phone support. Under the Private NOC services the Phone support would also be branded under your name.
  • What does "1 team" mean? Can I customize it?
    • One team mean 3 full time resources  ( work for 8 hrs a day 6 days a week) +1 backup resource that will cover 24x7x356 days. Typically team consists of either Level1 , Level2 or Level3 resources however you can customize and have a mix of various expertise as well as make the team work for   8 , 16 or 24 hrs in shifts.
  • How many people do I need to cover 24x7x365 days ?
    • Typically 3 admins can cover 24x7 Operations along with an additional admin to cover the weekly offs of the 3 Regular admins.
  • How do you want me to pay?
    • There are various modes of payment available for the MSPSquare customers like:
    • Using Credit card
    • Paypal
    • Bank Transfer / Bank Wire Transfer.
  • What if I am not happy with your services?
    • MSPSquare is committed to provide the best support services to it’s clients. We are 100% committed to the quality of our services, if you have problem with the quality of services, you can contact the account manager and he will ensure the delivery of services would be as per your requirements. If you are still not happy with our services you have an option to quit. *
